Some Moves Become Family Stories: An Investment Purchase With My Brother
Some property photos are about the building. This one is about the people beside me.
My brother Justin and I bought an investment property together. In the photo, Justin is in blue and I’m in the middle. It is a real moment from my own life as a property owner.
The person behind the property conversation.
I’m Kyle Cavanaugh, the person behind Prideful Move. I own rental and multifamily properties, have flipped properties, and have built and sold new-construction homes. Those experiences are part of the perspective I bring when we talk about your move.
This particular photo adds something a résumé cannot: the investment story is also a family story. It belongs alongside the other parts of my life you see here—my fiancé Kyle Roth, our own home, community connections and the work that keeps me interested in real estate.
Your story can look completely different.
You may be exploring a first purchase, considering a property you would live in and rent in part, or deciding what comes next for something you already own. I want to understand what you are hoping the property will make possible.
What matters most to you? What would you like to understand better? What responsibilities do you want to take on? Those are useful places for our conversation to begin.
I bring firsthand experience. Your goals, the actual property and the information we can verify shape the work we do together.
A real photo. A personal starting point.
This is one chapter of my own story. Yours may start somewhere completely different. Tell me what you have in mind, and we can talk about what comes next.
