Prideful Move • Inclusive representation
Everyone deserves to feel at home.
I’m Kyle Cavanaugh, a gay REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Lifestyles. Prideful Move reflects my belief that your identity, relationship, family and goals deserve respect throughout your move. LGBTQ+ clients and allies are welcome, and every client receives the same professional service.
A real home. A very personal why.
Home is personal.
So is the way I show up.
That’s my fiancé, Kyle Roth, and me at our newest home. Behind the paperwork and the keys, there is a life you are making room for. I know that feeling, too.
As a gay REALTOR®, I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self to the conversation. Your relationship deserves respect. Your questions deserve thoughtful answers. And your move deserves a plan built around you.
Get to know the person behind Prideful Move →Heard. Prepared. Represented.
A practical plan starts with who you are and what matters to you.
Come as you are.
Ask honest questions, share your priorities, and expect your name, pronouns, relationships, and family to be respected.
Your life shapes the plan.
We will talk through your timing, budget, property needs, and the tradeoffs that matter to your next chapter.
Clear advice. Steady support.
I will explain the process, raise property concerns, and advocate for your interests through negotiations and closing.
Respect, made practical
What our first conversation can cover.
You do not need a perfect plan—or a personal backstory—to begin. Start with what would make this move work better for you.
A comfortable place to ask
Your questions belong here.
Do you work only with LGBTQ+ clients?
No. I work with buyers and sellers of all backgrounds in Southern New Hampshire and the Lakes Region. Prideful Move makes my inclusive approach clear; it does not limit who can work with me.
How will we choose where to look?
You choose the locations, budget, property needs and priorities that guide your search. I can help you compare homes and objective factors that matter to you, and identify reliable community information so you can draw your own conclusions. I do not assume a town is right for you because of your identity or promise that a neighborhood will be safe.
What if we are buying together and are not married?
Bring financing, ownership and planning questions to your lender and closing attorney early. They can explain the options and documents appropriate to your situation. I can help coordinate the real estate process while legal and tax advice comes from the qualified professionals you choose.
A move that is completely yours.
Inclusive guidance for people of every identity, background, family structure, and experience level.
