Kyle Cavanaugh • New Hampshire Networkers & community

A shared table.
A new connection.
A little Kyle.

I run New Hampshire Networkers. Bringing people together is one of my favorite ways to show up for the place I call home.

Real estate is personal. So is community. Sometimes the first step is a conversation over lunch—and sometimes it involves a chicken hat.

New Hampshire Networkers

Pull up a chair.

I love bringing people together. New Hampshire Networkers is part of that story: showing up, sharing a conversation, and making room for a new connection.

Community, with personality

Yes, those are chicken hats.

Kyle and I wore them at a fundraiser for The Laurels Farm. Caring about a community can be meaningful and a little silly. I make room for both.

I bring that same combination to my work: take the important things seriously, be yourself, and make space for people to feel comfortable doing the same.

A connection beyond the listing sheet

People first. In life and in real estate.

Be yourself.

Your identity, your household, and your priorities deserve respect. I want our first conversation to feel like a conversation with a person.
