Manchester, New Hampshire • With Kyle Cavanaugh
A Manchester move.
Your kind of next chapter.
Start with the life you want to build. Then let’s look closely at the property that could support it.
I’m Kyle Cavanaugh, a New Hampshire native, REALTOR® and investor. My approach to a Manchester move is personal: understand your priorities, investigate the details, and make a plan that fits you.
Begin with your everyday
What should an ordinary Tuesday feel like?
A house can photograph beautifully and still miss something important about your daily life. Before we focus on finishes, I want to understand the routines that matter to you: work, errands, recreation, visitors, parking, and the space you want when the day is done.
Try the routine.
Visit at the times you would actually come and go. Walk the route, look at access and parking, and test the journey yourself rather than rely on a single travel-time estimate.
Make room for outside.
Manchester’s official recreation resources include parks, trails, facilities, programs, and a trails and bike-friendly streets map. Start there, then explore what fits your interests.
Explore the city’s recreation resources →Define your priorities.
More space, a simpler setup, a project, or a different location? Tell me what a successful move would change for you. Your priorities shape our search.
Kyle’s field notes
The questions behind “I love it.”
I own rental and multifamily properties, have flipped properties, and have built and sold new-construction homes. That experience makes me curious about how a property works as well as how it looks.
Planning a project?
Start with the property’s records and the city’s current requirements. The Planning and Community Development department provides building, code-enforcement, land-use and application resources. An attractive idea deserves a feasibility conversation before it becomes your plan.
Considering more than one unit?
The advertised setup is a starting point for investigation. Ask about documented use, condition, responsibilities and ongoing ownership needs. A personalized analysis belongs in our conversation about the actual property.
Read my multifamily introduction →Buying something new?
Understand the lot, what is included, the timeline and how decisions will be documented. My construction guide introduces the questions; we can work through your particular options together.

Manchester’s zoning information has changed.
The city’s planning page points to a zoning ordinance effective March 1, 2026. For a proposed alteration or use, start with the current city materials and confirm the requirements for the specific property with the appropriate department.
